UNDO CLOTHING is an online-based store in the Philippines.

- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays will be processed the next business days.
- You mayexpect delays during HOLIDAYS and PEAK SEASON. 
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail or a text message informing you the tracking details.
- We use XEND, Ninja Van or Grab Express for delivery.

 

DELIVERY – INTERNATIONAL

-UNDO can deliver international using DHL, XEND or FEDex upon quotation of the shipping rate.
- For International Orders, you may send us an e-mail at undoclothing2010@gmail.com for quotation

- Exchanges are not offered for international purchases 

  
RETURNS POLICIES

-PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY WHEN DECIDING TO ORDER A SPECIFIC ITEM AS THEY ARE LIMITED EDITIONS AND MOSTLY ACCEPTED FOR MADE TO ORDER.

FOR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS/EXCHANGE UNLESS THE ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR LOST DURING THE TRANSIT. THE BEST THAT WE CAN DO IS SIZE ALTERATION WITH ADDITIONAL FEE. PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT THE SHIPPING FEE FROM AND TO THE CONSIGNEE'S END SHOULD BE SHOULDERED BY THE CONSIGNEE.

INVENTORY

- In rare circumstances, technical discrepancies occur within the online store.
